External CGIs have a very important job.

How will it feel to live there?
Does it sit nicely in the street?
Is it somewhere I’d be proud to come home to?
And for Housing Associations, externals have another job too…
They need to survive the sign-off process 😅
Board packs. Stakeholder review. Consultation use. Internal scrutiny. And that means visuals must be accurate, believable and stakeholder-safe — without ever looking flat, boring, or overly “CGI”. For Amplius, we created a pack of external CGI visuals that ticked all of those boxes — delivered with the calm, responsive process HA teams deserve.
