We love this open- plan kitchen diner! How nice to come home to this each nigh!

Here at White Chalk CGI, we get asked all the time to create internal images to help show off a property at it's best.

ADF Construction and Development are a Staffordshire based developer, currently building out two schemes - The Warehouse - a stylish development of apartments, and Victoria Court - a scheme of 6 houses.

They wanted a kitchen / diner image for the apartments to appeal to young professionals, and a lounge image for the houses at Victoria Court to appeal to a more slightly more traditional type of buyer.

We had great fun putting together a furniture style for both properties, and with a bit of tweaking here and there, came up with the final designs you can see here.

The developer is happy, and most importantly, we all believe the off-plan viewers will be attracted in to find out more about the schemes, and hopefully these will turn into early sales.
